With your Apple account, your Google account, or an email address and password. Always use the same method you signed up with.

Signing up is free and open to people aged 18 and over.

On the sign-in screen, tap Mot de passe oublié (Forgot password) and enter your account email. You'll receive a link to choose a new password.

Nothing after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then write to us from that same address.

If your account was created with Apple or Google, it has no KREATRS password: sign in again with the same button.

In the app, go to Profil → Comptes connectés (Profile → Connected accounts), then authorise KREATRS from Instagram or TikTok. If you haven't done it yet, the app also prompts you to connect it when you accept a mission: you confirm the connection yourself. The connected account must be your own.

The connection goes through the official APIs of these networks: we never get access to your password, your messages or your private content.

Check that you're using the same method you signed up with: Apple, Google or email. With an email account, use Mot de passe oublié. If you're still stuck, write to support@kreatrs.io from your account email, with the error message shown and a screenshot.

You pick a mission in the app and apply. If you're selected, you receive the brief and the material provided by the brand.

You create your content and submit it in the app before publishing it. Once the brand has approved it, you publish it on your own Instagram or TikTok account.

Its performance is measured over the 7 days after publication, and that performance sets your pay.

The brand and KREATRS choose the creators for each mission and may turn down an application without giving a reason. Being turned down doesn't stop you from applying to other missions.

The brand, together with KREATRS where applicable, reviews your content before it's published. If it's rejected, you're given the reason at the time: content not matching the brief, a profile or content that doesn't fit the brand's audience or image, or insufficient quality.

If there's no answer within one month of your submission, the content is considered rejected. Rejected content isn't paid and the brand can't use it.

At least for the 7 measurement days, and publicly. Content deleted or made private before the end of that window earns nothing.

Views recorded after the 7 days don't count towards the calculation.

Yes, it's mandatory. Show « Publicité » or « Collaboration commerciale » clearly and visibly for the whole length of the content, not only in the hashtags. This is required by French law on commercial influence, as set out in article 7 of the terms of use.

On performance, not on follower count. You earn GEMS based on the real views of your approved content over the 7 measurement days.

The rate per 1,000 views, the minimum number of views and any cap are specific to each mission. They're shown in the brief before you apply and don't change once you've accepted the mission.

The rate is fixed and public. A balance of 2,500 GEMS is therefore worth €25.

You convert them into gift cards from partner brands, from your profile and whenever you like, once you reach the threshold shown in the app. The catalogue is shown in the app and may change.

The gift card is sent to you by email, normally within 15 days of your request. Details are in article 6 of the terms of use.

GEMS earned on missions don't expire.

Bonus GEMS, awarded outside missions (challenges, achievements…), are valid for 3 months. We let you know at least 15 days before they expire, by email or in the app.

No, KREATRS takes no commission on your pay.

Some gift cards may carry fees charged by their issuer. The amount is shown to you before you confirm the conversion.

Write to support@kreatrs.io with the mission name and the link to your content. Every claim gets a reply within 15 working days, and a disputed calculation is reviewed by a person.

Write to support@kreatrs.io from your account email, giving your Instagram and/or TikTok account. Your request is handled within 30 days at most, and you'll get a confirmation by email.

What gets deleted and what must be kept is detailed on the data deletion page (in French).

Convert your GEMS balance: any balance not converted is lost when the account is deleted. A mission whose 7 measurement days aren't over won't be paid.

Deletion is permanent. The content you published on Instagram or TikTok stays yours and isn't affected.

Yes. In the app, go to Profil → Comptes connectés → Déconnecter (Profile → Connected accounts → Disconnect). Collection of your statistics stops immediately and your KREATRS account stays active.
